MBT Ceramic Light This light was developed in conjunction with a school acquaintance who is part of Missabittatitti a Dragon Boat Paddling Team in Brisbane- all breast cancer survivors.
It is a symbol of team spirit, support and friendship with a common bond as well as part of art therapy, the idea was to also allow all members to make one of their own incorporating their own ideas/thoughts and thereby share in the pleasure that craft and art can bring. The shape combines the shape of a dragon boat drum, curve top a wave with a rope binding the team together. To see more visit Sue Garwoods website |
